We have been taking our dogs here for years. My elderly dog is sick and they could not find a way to see her. Will find a vet that cares about a sick dog.

Drop my dog off at 7:30 when they open couldn’t tell me how much the service would be Bathe her soaking wet and stuck her in a cage to dry charge me $170 for a butcher job haircut And not to mention, they had my dog for eight hours, and I was one of the first people there would never recommend this location

Dr. Brom was very reassuring that my dog was ok. He was knowledgeable and explained the situation very well

Dr. Brom put my 8lb dog on Zonisamide 50mg twice a day for seizures and in the office, told me it had practically no side effects. She responded poorly to the meds and I voiced my concerns several times, but Dr. Brom continued to encourage me to give it to her. I had her stay overnight because she got extremely lethargic and even stopped eating. I picked her up from the office and she reeked of urine. Dr. Brom caught an attitude when I said I felt like this medicine was either not good for her at all or simply too high of a dose. I brought her to Steel City and Blue Pearl for additional treatment, people who actually TRIED TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG. I'm not coming back.
